Looking for a single family home in Arlington, Medford, Melrose, Winchester. Will look at Wakefield, w. Malden and Belmont for the right place.

Desired Features:

Lot over 5k sq ft; 7000+ preferred. The lot HAS to be level, nothing up on a hill, rocks cropping out of the yard, no easements, no shared driveways.

2 car garage (or at least a lot that could support having a garage built)

Built between 1890 and 1935

Victorian, Cape, Dutch Colonial, Gambrel. Straight colonial ok..

Side street (this is an absolute must)

Prefer a place that needs work and that’s reflected in the price. No flipped places, recently redone, etc.

Will absolutely consider a smaller cape or ranch on the right lot in the right neighborhood that would be a candidate for expansion

I’m fully approved to buy, no contingency, can close any time.
