Five miles from downtown Boston in a still quiet and secluded area of West Medford - our gracious Victorian Colonial home is offered for sale.
Designed in 1895 by the Boston architectural firm of J.R. & W.P. Richards for L.J. Manning Esq., using quality materials for the day, a home of three floors with basement was built on over 19,000 square feet of land.
